I graduated from The Ohio State University in 1996 with Ph. D. in Physics. Since about 1993, I have avidly followed OSU football. I am by no means an expert on football, but have noticed trends in every football team since I've been watching them play. This site represents my opinion on current and/or past performance of Ohio State Football. I also receive input from various sources within the state of Ohio.
I have spent about 5 years living in Florida and currently reside in Texas. As such, I am subjected to the rants and raves of both the SEC and Big 12 crowds and get a pretty good feel for how we stack up to these conferences. In addition, I am forced to hear how the rest of the country feels about the Big 10. Hence, the name of my Blog is the Buckeye Outpost.
